Welcome to Browsair! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Browsair, including our AI chat, DeepSeek reasoning AI, custom chatbots with embed codes, AI conversions (image to text, audio/video to text, and text to speech), emailing, and document exporting features.

By accessing or using Browsair, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Browsair.

1. General Information

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use Browsair.
  • Account Registration: To access certain features, you must register an account using Google or email.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Browsair in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engages in scraping, spamming, or data harvesting.
  • Misuses AI features in unethical or harmful ways.
  • Copies, modifies, or reverse-engineers Browsair’s source code.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights.

Content Restrictions: Users are responsible for the content they upload or process using Browsair. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Infringement on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violent content.
  • Content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid Features: Browsair offers subscription-based paid features.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if a problem occurs on our end. Otherwise, all sales are final.
  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing, with a 30-day notice.

4. Third-Party Services

Browsair integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., AI services, cloud storage providers). We do not control their reliability, security, or performance.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • “As Is” Service: Browsair is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated outputs, or compatibility with all devices.
  • Limitation of Liability: Browsair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  • User Responsibility: Users assume full responsibility for their use of the services and any reliance on AI-generated outputs.

6. Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Use the services to infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or bypass the system's security measures.
  • Automate interactions through scraping, bots, or other programmatic means.
  • Share accounts to bypass limitations or access restrictions.
  • Submit personal data of minors under 16 years old.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

7. Termination & Enforcement

  • Violation of Terms: Browsair may ban users without notice for violating these Terms.
  • Fair Usage Policy: We may impose rate limits or service adjustments if user activity exceeds normal usage patterns.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration, avoiding court battles whenever possible.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. If changes occur, we will notify users via our website or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
